Unauthorized installation

Flash Player 12 was installed on my computer without prior notice, contrary to my wishes.  Since then I have not been able to access daily games.  I tried (several times) uninstalling and re-installing the new program, but nothing has worked.  I AM NOT HAPPY WITH ADOBE!

How do i correct this?

Hello,

If Flash Player installed automatically, during a previous installation you selected to "Allow Adobe to install updates (recommended)" during the installation process.  Flash Player is not updated automatically without users previously having selected this option.

Please provide more details so that we may be able to assist you.

What does 'not working' mean? What happens when you try to view Flash content?

What is the OS version, browser type and version.

Do you have Flash Player currently installed, if so what version?

What steps did you take to install Flash Player
