      Hi there,

I'm starting with my Premier Elements and I'like to make slide show with videos.

Problem is it does't accept my video mow files. (taken with Canon Eos 5)

      What shall I do?

What camera is this the 5D Mark III or something else?

Do you have the latest version of QuickTime installed on your computer with Premiere Elements?

What version of Premiere Elements are you using and on what computer operating system is it running?

          More later.

            Hi ATR,

            I'm using Mark II.

Quick Time latest version, downloaded few days ago.

Premier Elements is 12 and my computer is using windows 7.

              JoneS,

What message do you get, when you attempt to Import the MOV files from your Canon?

              Good luck,

                Hi Hunt,

Actually I'm importing video files from hard drive.

Message is: The slide show support only photos, photo projects format and windows media compatible video files. Your selection include items of other types, which will skipped.

With Lightroom and Movie Maker there are no problem.

                Strange, isnt?
