I have a Windows Server 2012 box running Output Server 5.7 and when sending emailed forms the .pdf files are frequently corrupt and cannot be opened by the recepient. Redirecting these emails to our old Windows 2003 box with Central 5.6 works perfectly all the time. We also have the pdfs saving as files on the 2012 server and the file on the server works correctly, so it seems to have something to do with the emailing process that is causing the corruption. Can anybody shed some light as to why the files may become corrupt? We have tried send as mime both off and on.
did you get anywhere with this ?? I have built a new Windows 2012 R2 server and am having issues emailing out to external addresses. I can email to internal ones on our Exchange 2013 cluster. I have exactly the same settings in the JfEMsend.ini file as well as the same DNS.. I get invalid recipient. Not quite the same problem but could be related
Actually, yes. After bugging Adobe a lot, they finally gave me a patch that I applied to the server in question, and it fixed the issue. Speak to Adobe, provide your enterprise licensing information, and request they send you the latest service pack.
