You haven't really told us enough to help you. What are you trying to do? Waht operating system? What have you done already?
I have changde PC from windows XP to windows 7. so what i have done is uninstall CS 2 from windows XP but i failed to unregister as error throwed server not available for unregistration. then i install the CS2 from CD into the new PC with windows 7, after i installed, i try to launch but i failed as above message throwed when i keyed in the CD's serial number. then i read forum, i need to download another copy of CS2 from internet than using the CD, so i try to uninstall from that PC, but above message is shown. i failed to uninstall till today. thanks.
The CS2 activation servers are no longer running and your old installers and serail numbers can no longer be used. Licensed CS2 users can download new versions and serial numbers from https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/entitlement/index.cfm?e=cs2_downloads
Yes, i did the download already. problem is before i get to know above, i already use the CD version to install the CS2, now i cant uninstall because of above reasons.

Use System Restore to go back before you installed.
CS2 is not supported under Windows 7 and if it's 64 bit you add to the
complications. Unfortunately you're on your own.
now i am using the manual way to delete all the CS2 suite that i have installed from the link.
i manage to do it and install back the individual Photoshop , Illustrator and others from https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/entitlement/index.cfm?e=cs2_downloads
that is the best option to avoid the system restore and system has been starting to using the PC for about 1 month and many programs have been configured and installed.
tested the CS2 photoshop in windows 7 64-bit, it works fine so far .
