Windows is blocking opening the program

Can you provide some details on the issue you are getting and workflow you followed?

Adobe used to open on my computer when I clicked on it, now it says there

is an error opening. It says if Windows finds a solution to the problem it

will notify, but it has not. I looked on the forums, and I tried to

disable the firewall protection by Windows but that did not help.
