Can I export my forms as PDFs while still keeping the lines in text fields intact?

I've been working on building a form that I would like to be able to print off and bring to on-site support instances with my clients. So far this platform has worked very well for me, but I have run into a minor issue. When I'm designing my forms and when I view them online, blank text fields appear like so:

They have text boxes in which data can be entered. When I export my form to PDF so that I can print it, however, I end up with this:

This makes it more difficult to keep particular fields separated from one another, and causes the forms to look less neat and professional. Is there a way to export my form to a printable version (be that PDF or otherwise) while still keeping the boxes that encapsulate my text fields?

Thanks in advance for any responses. I know this seems minor, but I'd like to resolve the issue if possible.
