I have disconnected from the Internet and reinstalled the software but I still can't get to the screen to generate the Request Code. Does anyone have any suggestions or have a similar issue? I continuously get the screen asking me to Sign In again.

LA1004 have the Adobe Creative software you are installing been activated successfully previously? Also which Adobe software title are you wishing to activate? Finally what operating system are you using?
