Is this a first install? What is your OS version? What kind of hardware are you using? Did you try the often reffered to Adobe Cleaner tool with uninstalling? If you can give us more maybe we can help.

George E. Kennedy, Jr. Feb 15, 2014 5:44 PM (in response to George E. Kennedy, Jr.)Update: Tried everything repair under the sun, but in the end I wiped my hard drive and did a fresh OSX install. All Adobe Apps are installing with no issues and just test drove Premiere and she's idling well.
