    render for mp4

      i choose quick time foramt from the main options window,than i go to format options and choose h.264.the file called mov.I try to upload it to istock and it say : the file is not mp4

          Nothing is wrong.  You made a quicktime movie in the h.264 codec.  Quicktime and mp4 are media CONTAINERS.  They can contain media files in a wide variety of CODECS.  If you want an mp4 file rather than a quicktime movie you need to specify an mp4 file rather than a quicktime movie.
