I own my domain name, purchased from Network Solutions years ago.
I redelegated it to the Business Catalyst server.
I upgraded to webBasics+ so I could add my own email accounts
When I try to change the email settings I get an error message: "Domain already exists. Please delete all recored associated with this domain before re-adding it."
Do I delete the default URL and then re-add it? Do I delete the "Forwards To" domain also?
Right now, I have NO e-mail!
Can you please reach out to the support team via your admin console > Help & Support and they will be able to assist further. Otherwise, please post the domain name you are referring to in this forum thread and I will investigate further.
Thanks Matt — that's what I did and I got the issue resolved. I was working from the older lasko-design.businesscatalyst.com site instead of the updated/upgraded lasko-design.com site on the BC server. Once I figured that out, everything worked out well.
