JSS1138 Feb 17, 2014 10:49 AM (in response to Martin Beeren)CS6 is feature frozen and will not be getting anything new - ever.
Premiere Pro CC is the current version and may one day see such presets, but for now you can just right click on a clip in the bin and choose New Sequence from Clip. This works in both versions.

Martin Beeren Feb 17, 2014 2:24 PM (in response to JSS1138)That CS6 is frozen is not good, I buy my CS 5.5 production premium on 25-08-2011 for € 2260,00 and I updated it to cs 6.0 productions premium in 29-01-2013 that costed me another € 453.00.
And now I gonna pay again each mounth? thats not the way.
I think I'm going to buy another brand to edit with.

Kevin-Monahan Feb 17, 2014 6:20 PM (in response to Martin Beeren)Hi Martin,
There are third party plug-ins for higher quality encoding that might work with CS6. Would you be open to that?
Thanks,
Kevin

Martin Beeren Feb 18, 2014 9:16 AM (in response to Kevin-Monahan)hi Kevin,
which third party are you talking about? I have the matrox mx02 le max.
I wants to have a sequence in premiere to edit my movie in the H.264 Extreme high quality (XHQ) 50 Mbps for the JVC GY-HM 850e
I still find it hard to believe, that only a year after i buy it, its not supports anymore by Adobe.
My english is not so good, sometimes i dont find a good way to tell what i mean.

JSS1138 Feb 18, 2014 11:00 AM (in response to Martin Beeren)It's not that CS6 isn't 'supported'. You can still get help for it, it will still receive bug fixes and whatever updates are needed to work with new Operating Systems. But CC is the latest version, and it's pretty common practice for companies to put new features only in the newest version.
It's common for hardware, too. How often do you see the dealer adding new features to the car you bought last year? Normally you need to buy this year's model to get the new features. The only difference is that you can no longer buy, you have to lease. Some don't like that and will do without the new features. But the warranty on last year's model is still good.
Once again, you can get the needed sequence by right clicking on a clip in the bin and selecting New Sequence from Clip.
