    Error (-50503)?


      Do I need to have my ID reset?  And how do I do that when there doesn't seem to be anyone in live chat?

          Operating system is iOS on an iPad4 (Retina). I can log into Adobe fine. I can log into the Reader store through Safari. I get the error when trying to authorize the iPad through the Reader App.


          It reads:


          An error occurred while processing your request (-50503). For more information please contact customer support.


          So far no luck finding anyone in chat.  So much for 24/7.
