Can you post a sample link?
Which format do you use: regualr non-encrypted PDF? PDF EBook? EPUB? Do you have DRM atatched? Which software have you used to create your EBooks?
It may be that on your computer the password is somehow cached but on other computers it is not (there is no password caching in regular PDFS). Are you openeing your EBook on the same computer where you created them? Have you tried to open it on a different computer yourself?
Using regular non-encryptd PDF I think.
I used Nitro to create the pdf's.
Some of the pdf's are ok and work fine, but others don't.
I have moved them to a new computer and can still open them ok. When I send a dropbox link to myself it asks for a paswword to open it. To get it to open I have to download and save, then can open it.
However, when customer downloads from my website, it will download but then they cannot open it.
If I was to create them again using Acrobat from scratch, is this an issue with current versions?
This is a bug of the PDF Viewer of Goggle Chrome. It is not a Adobe problem.
