changing language

I have Photoshop CS5, Dutch version.

Suddenly dutch has changed in English. I reinstalled Photoshop, but English is still the language.

How can I change this?

Edit>Preferences>Interface: Interface language

I´d tried to change the interface language in Photoshop CC but it seems that my language ( Dutch) cannot been changed. Am I doing something wrong?
