    Issues with updating CC desktop

      I have been trying to update my Creative Cloud Desktop repeatedly without any luck.

       

      On opening the program it indicates that I need to update or quit. At this point I can not see access any of the individual program updates.

       

      On updating I get through a fair chunk of it then recieve this message giving no indication of an error code or issue:

      On attempting to uninstall the program and reinstall it I also recieve this message:

       

      Installer Error 2.jpg

      and the program is not removed.

       

      I have had a subscription for a little over a month on an entirely new machine and would like to keep all the software updated.
