To update your credit card info:
1) Sign in to https://creative.adobe.com/
2) Click on My Account
3) Under Plan Information, Click Edit Payment info
4) Enter your Password , click Verify, and then enter the new payment information

If the charges should be on the old card then system will try and charge for the subscription on your old card again.
If you would like to update the new card for charges then you need to login to creative.adobe.com and update the card details.

All my credit card details remain the same and the card is now working correctly.
The original issue happened because my bank randomly decided that another unrelated card transaction was "suspicious" and put a stop on the account, on the same day that Adobe were due to collect the monthly payment.
I'm happy for you to re-invoice for the month as soon as possible and keep my monthly subscription going. I don't want to go through the process of setting up another payment plan, especially because the one I'm on now is the 12 month discounted special offer subscription that I got in December.
