Flash Player Help

Hello,

I've been having trouble downloading flash player. When I click download it won't let me click run. I have to click Save and Run. After that it works and then it gets to the point where you click how to update it and then after that it shows me a message that says "Connection Failed. Unable to complete installation". My internet connection is perfectly fine and I downloaded Adobe Reader today also. I really don't know what to do. I tried everything. I uninstalled flash player using the uninstaller tool and then I tried redownloading it and still nothing works.... I really need flash player for my work and I don't know what to do.

I have windows 7, 64 bit
