Just wanted to confirm, have you sent an invitation through admin console? In order to use creative cloud team subscription, you would need to assign a seat and accept the invitation.

Once you assign the seat via admin console, you can activate creative cloud apps. Hope it would help you.
Well i'm the 1st seat being the purchaser correct? I'm trying to get things setup before enabling anyone else. I have this message on my overview screen.
"You have purchased 1 seat for a team total of US $39.99 plus tax. You can now invite & remove users from your 1 seat at any time. You can add seats to the initial 1, but must maintain a minimum of 1 seat until your anniversary date to avoid charges."
OK, i got it. I needed to send myself an invite for the first seat. After accepting, i can now open the programs properly. Now i can purchase additional seats for other memebers.
