I reviewed and I click on Creative Cloud since AI is part of that program. I enter the code and it keeps saying invalid.
Am I correct in clicking on Creative Cloud as my product? I downloaded the 30 day trial because I thought that was why it was invalid (didn't have it installed) but it's still invalid.
Welcome to Adobe Forums.
Yes, you are correct in selecting your product as Creative Cloud as Illustrator is a part of Creative cloud.
Welcome to Adobe Forum,
The Redemption code does come with expiry date, so if the code is being termed as invalid, please contact the Seller.
You can also check the technical specification, http://www.adobe.com/au/products/creativecloud/tech-specs.html
Please let us know if it helped, you can inbox me in case you need further assistance, I can always follow it up for you.
Could you please send me a private message with the code & your country of residence. Would like to investigate this further.
I'm thinking it is an expired card. I downloaded the free 30 day trial since I needed it for class ASAP and when it asked me to upgrade I tried to enter the code again and this time it would not even accept the letters in the code.
It has these #s on the back: 91076452 4/13
Looks like an expiry to me. I will be taking the card back to Staples for an exchange and hopefully we can find one that works
Thanks for your help everyone!
Thanks for the response, I apologize for my delayed response, the fact that I had mentioned that "The Redemption code does come with expiry date" is with reference that it will expire on the 30th day of the 12th month after you have redeemed it.
I have checked & found that you are from Canada, as Beverley has already mentioned & wanted to know about your country & the code, you can forward(via private inbox) that to me or her as per your convenience, we will check it for you & update you accordingly.
