Why can't I share an article on Facebook on my web browser?

I have metered articles in my last two issues and have a pay threshold after viewing 3 article from one issue defined. I also have it set up where if you get invited to a shared article you get the first issue free. All this works perfect on the ipad if I share via email, but when I try to share via Facebook on a web browser, it takes me to the pay threshold immediately and I can't view the article or receive a free issue. Have I not set something up correctly? Please help

Are you sharing via Facebook on an iPad? iOS 6 or iOS 7?

No I wasn't, but just tried that and it worked. Why doesn't it work on a desktop computer?

Do I need to check "Enable Fulfillment Limit" in the DPS Account Admin? I have checked "Enable Content Viewer for Web" and "Enable Paywall" with Paywall Threshold, Button URL and Text in place. Maybe that is the missing link…

No, Enable Fulfillment Limit has a different purpose (it puts a cap on the number of web viewer downloads to control fulfillment costs).

How are you Facebook sharing via web viewer?

Here are the rules:
- a newly downloaded folio counts as a download
- a deleted and redownloaded folio counts as a download
- an update to an existing folio doesn't count as a download

I understand all of that. When sharing an article via facebook on the ipad I can view the article just fine. When sharing the article through facebook on a desktop computer I can't view the article. It goes straight to the paywall message. I have most of my articles metered and once the user has viewed 3 articles in a given issue they hit the paywall. It seems to be only working on the ipad and not on iMac. Do you know why this would be?
