Have you made changes to your phone site ?
I tried to check the site on phone, but don't see scrolling effect applied or footer item on page.
If its with any specific page or i am missing something here , please let me know.
Thanks,
Sanjit

2. Re: hide footer elements on iOS Safari?
Ben Stanbury Feb 21, 2014 3:00 PM (in response to Sanjit_Das)Hi Sanjit
Sorry I will be a clearer. Essentialy what I would like is a floating navigation menu at the top of each page on my mobile site.
The page this would be most useful on is 'Services' because the page is quite long.
However I have discovered two things:
If I use scrolling effects to 'pin' my menu bar to the top of the screen, when I scroll down the page, Safari does not hide the elements at the bottom of the page (see image 1 where I have drawn a red circle around these elements)
What I would like to happen is for my Header / Navigation Menu to stay at the top of the page when I scroll, BUT also have the elements circled in red hide and the url shrink as shown on image two, which gives me more screen estate. Please see image two.
It seems I can have either the 'pinned' Header / Navigation stay at the top of the screen but I have to keep the Safari elements on screen when I scroll down the page,
Or, I can have the Safari elements dissapear (as in Image 2) but I can not have my Head / Navigation 'pinned' to the top.
This is a shame. Is there another way to have a floating Navigation on a mobile site without using the scroll effects to achieve this?
Many thanks,
Ben

Sanjit_Das Feb 21, 2014 5:19 PM (in response to Ben Stanbury)Hi Ben
We don't control the browser action from Muse , that is specific browser action setting for phone , we don't define that from Muse.
Muse site will run in all browsers , but defining browser setting and scroll setting are separate things. This has nothing to do with site page or how it is rendered but specific Safari setting.
Thanks,
Sanjit

Ben Stanbury Feb 23, 2014 3:54 AM (in response to Sanjit_Das)Hi Sanjit,
Thank you for your response. Yes I appreciate that we can not controll browser action, so another way of asking this questions is:
Can I lock a navigation menu the the top of the screen on a mobile device without using the Scroll Motion effects to do so?
Regards,
Ben

Sanjit_Das Feb 23, 2014 5:25 AM (in response to Ben Stanbury)Hi Ben
With scroll motion effect you can fix the menu on page , select the main menu navigation , enable scroll, make all field values as 0.
This would fix the menu on page. A little confused as you have written without using scroll, so you don't want to apply scroll on menu?
The scroll setting that I have mentioned will not move the menu but will fix it on the page.
You can try that.
Thanks,
Sanjit
