Jorma Jennings Mar 3, 2014 3:09 PM (in response to I_don't_believe_it!)The meeting room runs in Flash, and doesn't support HTML content. As such, it will only call the SWF version while in a meeting room. Since SWF content is considered a run-time code change to Apple and Android, it is not allowed in the mobile app.

I_don't_believe_it! Mar 4, 2014 12:22 PM (in response to Jorma Jennings)Thanks for the reply. So how do the native apps work?
Perhaps the workaround will be to provide a link to the HTML5 content on a server but have not tried that yet.

Jorma Jennings Mar 4, 2014 1:08 PM (in response to I_don't_believe_it!)What native apps are you referring to?
Captivate can output to HTML5 (as you know) and MP4 which will play natively on iOS devices. There isn't an app for Captivate content though.
Your work around could work, but they will likely leave the live meeting when linking out to an external content object.

5. Re: Displaying Captivate files for mobile users in a meeting
I_don't_believe_it! Mar 6, 2014 8:27 AM (in response to Jorma Jennings)I mean the Connect iOS app. I hoped that Connect would deliver the SWF version of the Captivate output for desktops and the HTML for mobile devices that do not support Flash.
I am enjoying using Connect
