I've have been dealing with this problem for a while now, do anybody have any asnwers? I was in a chat with someone and we seem to be getting somewhere but it was cut off. I would really like to download other software and try them out but I can't. If anyone have any idea what the problem might be and is able to offer me some information I'll greatly appreicate it.

So try these steps:
1) Sign out of the Creative Cloud app
2) delete the opm.db file*
3) update to the latest version of the Creative Cloud app.
