    Why does your email receipt have the incorrect total amount?


      I received my monthly team membership email, which said:


      Total Amount

      1,919.52 USD

      (Price includes applicable VAT/tax)


      And, yet, when I check my credit card, or dig into the web site to download the PDF receipt, I discover that the total amount was really $2,089.88, i.e., that—contrary to the assurances on the receipt—the price does NOT include applicable VAT/tax.


      If tax is included, as per the email, I want my overcharge back. Otherwise, I would expect accurate emails to be sent.
