Total Frustration

After a couple of weeks of this, I'm not happy! I cannot get the flash player to install, download, whatever. I see it "initialize", it stops & suggests I click on this, then that, because it isn't working. I do. I do all the things that the site suggests and still nothing. I check to verify if it installed & I just don't know it, and it hasn't! I have enough memory, so what's up!!!!!! I have things to see and hear and for 2 weeks I have not been able to. I cannot reach a person at Adobe and I need to. What is suggested at this point?!!! Marge in Oregon.
