Sorry, Windows 8 OS. Programm was intalled trough the internet. Bought membership pretty long ago. About April or May of last year. The update I made before the crash was to CC6. I can still open and use those programms stored in my computer.

To me, the inpossibility to use the service is a crash. Because I paid to use it. Now, I'll then do a reintallation. However, I have had to do that one too many times qith this service. It shouldn't be like that. Let's wish it actually fixes it. If I keep having issues, I'll let you know.
