These forums cannot help with AdobeID/account and billing issues as we don't have access to customer records. People must contact Adobe Customer Care via the main website.
And yet I see Adobe staff around here, all the time.

I completely apprehend your point of view, the billing issues deal with credit card information which are highly secured information, there is only one authorized group taking care of billing issues.
Regarding Invoice issues, please feel free to raise it here, we do try to resolve them at the earliest.

Rajshree, I agree that credit card information is a very sensitive issue, and I have never seen it being disclosed in these foruns. I think that the Adobe staff that has been helping out, are quite outstanding in reaching out customers and helping solving their issues.
Having said that, this is something that I have seen here for months on end, so just make it official.
Don't take this as a criticism, but as a suggestion to improve your channels to help and support your customers.
