    Starting Premiere Pro


      Every time I start Premiere Pro, I get an error


      "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available"


      but no notifications appear after I close the window.  When I click on the icon the second time it always starts OK and works fine. Other apps in Creative Cloud that I use (Photoshop, Affter Effects, Illustrator), don't exhibit this behaviour.


      What's going on?
