The Premiere Pro hardware sub-forum http://forums.adobe.com/community/premiere/hardware_forum?view=discussions has MANY discussions
Since After Effects is related to PPro for video work, that might be a good forum for you to read
Just my opinion.
Boot and apps off an SSD. No need for the noise and heat of a 10k rpm drive.
Look at the GTX760 video cards over the 660.
My system runs PP and AE very well.
Asus X79 Deluxe Motherboard
Samsung 840 Pro 256GB boot/apps
Samsung 830 256GB shuttle drive for active projects
Western Digital Black 4TB storage
Western Digital Red 3TB archival storage
two MSI GTX760 video cards
two HP ZR2740 IPS monitors ($450 at B&H)
Corsair RM850 power supply
NVidia still seems to work a little better than AMD at the moment with Adobe apps.
I would seriously condsider the 4930k 6-core over a 4-core for PP and AE and AU.
Moving to Premiere Pro forum.

Definitely get the 4930K. If you need to swap budget then dont bother with the 10K drive. An SSD drive is far faster and better for an OS drive. 7200 Drives are fine for media. Other than that the rest looks fine.
