First I am a new user of InDesign so it might just be me. I am trying to use text wrap and it works fine with a text box. When I try to do the same thing on another page with a link text, text wrap does not work. How do I fix that? Is this a bug?
A couple of possibilities of non-bug things that could make this happen.
1) if the object you would like to wrap around is below your text box, and in your preferences you have "text wrap only affects text beneath", or
2) you have accidentally activated "ignore text wrap" for the text box you are working with.
Or perhaps you are applying the wrap to the frame that contains the text instead of the object you want to wrap around.
Also, text wrap on an anchored object has slightly different rules than for freepfloating objects so you might not see the wrap take effect if the anchor is in the wrong place.
