If your billing address is not correct for the credit card, I don't think anyone can help... you need to verify your information with your credit card company

The billing adress in the adobe account is the same as my credit card company. I've tried putting it in capital letters, small letters, etc. and nothing. I had both the bank and your agents on the phone and the adress, are the same.
For purchasing any adobe product the billing address and the credit card address needs to be same otherwise it will be difficult for you to purchase the product .
I just checked your case regarding the same issue and found out that you got the error while placing the order .
You can try creating a new adobe account which has the same address as that of credit card and try placing the order .

Already created a new adobe account and still get the same message. As i said on the previous comment, i wrote it in capital & small letters, the street name and number first, etc. and still get the same message. I've been even doing copy paste of my bank account statement to make sure im writting it right and still nothing.
