John, this has to do with Creative Cloud. Adobe touted Lightroom, PSCC, Behance and 20 GB of online storage for my monthly cost.
I find no where to access the online storage.
If you mistakenly delete a file, you can restore it from the cloud. You can initially delete (or archive) files from your Creative Cloud Files folde
You can archive files from the Creative Cloud website or Adobe Touch Apps. All file deletions are synced with your account, and files are archived in Creative Cloud. The original files are always on your computer with a copy available on Creative Cloud so that you can access it anywhere.
If the folder was synced and then deleted from the Creative Cloud Files folder on your computer then it is in the Archive in the web application here https://creative.adobe.com/archive.
If you did not sync the folder and deleted it it may still be in your Windows Recycle Bin or Mac OS X Trash.

Thanks so much for pointing me in that direction. It's disappointing that Adobe did not disclose that I was not getting all the features I was paying for.
