If you have subscribed to CC full package with which you can use almost all Adobe softwares, so that means you are now CC member and you can download the products for which you get the option to Download. You can also check you order details by following the below steps:
Step1. Sign in to My Orders when you click on My Adobe on www.adobe.com
Step2. Go to Recent Orders
You will be able to see whether the subscription order has been placed or not. You will also receive an email once order is placed successfully.

It says there has been no recent orders funded. And I got an email that was for the 16.58 a month, and I went through that email. So since it says it has not been recieved, what should I do?
