Can you please help me with an order we received from a client order number #00002 and she is stating that she paid by credit card but I can find the payment anywhere. I looked through my PayPal account and I can't see it. The amount is $44.97.

Please open the form and select the View Responses tab, find the row that belongs to the order that you mentioned. Now, look for the Column header:"Payment: Transaction ID", do you see the transaction ID? What do you see in next Column "Payment: Status at Checkout? if you see a transaction ID and the status at checkout is complete, then I suggest that you call PayPal and give them this transaction ID to find out what went wrong.
If you don't see the transaction ID then we will need more information from you: your paypal account email and the time the order was received. You can send the information to email@example.com.
