    Creative Cloud Apps won't open after successful installation


      I have successfully downloaded a creative cloud installer for Windows which included inDeisgn, photoshop, dream weaver etc. I installed the applications onto a brand new 32bit laptop with 4gb of memory and all the applications opened with no issue. I made an image of the laptop using Ghost  and deployed the image to 7 identical machines. The image deployment was successful and the applications opened fine when testing on the other laptops. The issue I have is that one user has somehow managed to reply to a message that popped up on her laptop and now none of the CC applications will open when clicking on the icon. The user can't tell me what the message was or what she clicked on. Is there something in the registry or licensing that is now disabled because of the what the user has done
