    My membership is apparently about to lapse, even though my last payment was successful...


      I keep getting a popup when I open any CC product, telling me that I have 10 days left before my membership is cancelled. BUT I paid my membership via credit card on the 10th Feb 2014. When I log in, I appear to have two accounts. I can't afford for my membership to lapse - can someone please help?
