    Premiere 12

I am using Asus laptop A53SK latest graphics driver AMD Radeon HD 7610M version 8.901.0.0. I have also installed the very latest driver from ATI: AMD Catalyst Hydra Vision Package 13.12. Still I get the message when trying to start to use Adobe Premiere Elements 12:  ”A compatible graphics driver have been identified. If you want faster and better playback performance you upgrade your graphics driver”. This blocks my use of the product I have bought from you. What shall I do?

If you are certain that you DO have the latest Catalyst driver for your card/chip (GPU), and for your OS version, then I would suggest that you Delete the BadDrivers.txt file. Note: it is a hidden file, so you will likely need to turn OFF, Hide System & Hidden Files in your OS's Control Panel - Folder Options. With that file gone, your warning message should be gone.

          Good luck,
