>> Is there a way I can go "tweak" that location like I can for the buttons I place on the form?
Sorry, you cannot specify other locations than the choices provided.
You can use Acrobat to edit the submission-enabled PDF generated by FormsCentral, to move the Submit button. Please refer to the following document:
You must be careful when posting your PDF on your server. For the submission to work correctly users shoud use Adobe Reader or Acrobat to complete the form. Some browsers have build-in PDF viewing functionality that doesn't handle the PDF form correctly.
Thanks so much!
And how do I get back to the choices. I vaguely remember selection bottom left. Now I very much want top left. I have searched in vain for the selection option. Thanks for the help.
And while I'm at it. How do I insert a default value in a text box?
>>And how do I get back to the choices.
If you are referring to the choices of the location of the Submit button after you have imported a PDF form in to FormsCentral, then you can find them in the Import Form tab (Preview and Position Submit button).
Now if you created a form in FormsCentral and then distributed or saved as PDF form, then please follow what Brian noted in the above response to edit and modify the pdf form using Adobe Acrobat.
>>And while I'm at it. How do I insert a default value in a text box?
Once you open the PDF form in Acrobat, select Tool/Edit, then double click on text field and at the dialog select "Options" tab, you can set the default there.
Hope this helps,
