All CC Apps ask me to update my payment info and warn me that my subscription will cancel in X days. I've updated my card info days ago and my card is waiting to be charged! Are you gonna charge my card or just shut me down? And why do I have to ask this question about credit cards an billing on a public forum? Why is there no direct email contact with support?

"Adobe Contact Information" is just a F.A.Q list of stock answers. This is not a contact form. And any of the answers provided there answer my question, I did everything this FAQ said, my card still isn't billed, I still have the warning of subscription cancellation. The phone number is unavaiable from my location. The chat does not work in any of my web browsers.
