Are you saying that you downloaded the program and lost the download, and you now can't find a link to download again?

When you do have a download on your computer again, it is good practice to write the download install file(s) to a CD or DVD... and a text file with your serial number

If you purchased Premiere Elements 12 Mac from Adobe via a download, then Adobe is the only one who can sort out the purchase details with you.
You can do that by contact Adobe via its Adobe Chat. Click on the following link. When the link opens, click on the statement "I still need help" to bring up the Adobe Chat. The category for this would be Orders, Refunds, and Exchanges.

I would clear this up with Adobe Chat (Orders, Refunds, and Exchanges) as soon as possible within the time frame of their 30 days of purchase money back "just in case".
When you get the time, please up date us on your progress. Having access to installation files on demand becomes critical at times when an uninstall/reinstall of the program is indicated in a troubleshooting scheme.
