    Creative Cloud is having issues verifying my identity/account, what do I need to do specifically?

      I changed from a single account to a team account with the help of a live chat support person. All seemed fine but now it can't veryfy my account... just when of course it is crucial to finish my jobs. Any help is much appreciated. This may seem simple and obvious I just don;t know what I need to do here. Thank you.
