I changed from a single account to a team account with the help of a live chat support person. All seemed fine but now it can't veryfy my account... just when of course it is crucial to finish my jobs. Any help is much appreciated. This may seem simple and obvious I just don;t know what I need to do here. Thank you.

Please log out & log back in of the CCdesktop App, this should resolve the issue.
If you still get the prompt of verifying, at the bottom of the prompt. there will be an option to click which says"continue".
Click on continue. The prompt might re occur but you can keep working by just clicking on conitue.
