It seems there is some sort of issue with my account. When I log in, it is showing two identical products and plans, stating both are set to renew on 3/24, but also stating in the "Inactive" section stating that they were cancelled in October of 2013. It also says on the main account page that I have no products registered. I am certain that I payed you all on Monday, as I recevied a confirmation e-mail from you.
This is causing me to not have access to my account.
1st, CC programs do not use a serial number, they are activated by your account login

There are two CC subscription under the Adobe ID provided here.
1. This CC was purchased in Sep 25, 2013 was for Creative Cloud single-app membership for Photoshop (month-to-month).
This is expired & no payment is being taken for this.
2.The next CC was purchased on Jan 24, 2014, is also for Creative Cloud single-app membership for Photoshop (month-to-month).
This is active & the next billing date is March 24th , 2014.
If you are unable to use the CC, please log out & log back in of the CC desktop app, While launching PS it might prompt to buy it, in that prompt you should be able to view an option at bottom of "license this software", click on that & it ask you to sign in, then the new CC should be activated.
