Same problem here. I've updated my payment info a week ago, there are enough funds on the card. I'm still getting a warning that my subscription will shut down. I have only one day left. And the worst part is - there is no way to directly contact Adobe about this. The only "contact" they offer is a FAQ and this forum. This is insane.
I have also received this message. The credit card information is correct. It sounds like an Adobe processing error.
I'm having the exact same problem.
I was guessing this was due to my bank's functionality to block usage of my card over the internet. I can enable it temporarily but do not wish to leave it like that. When I update my card information, Adobe just holds a minimum amount at that point, instead of drawing the amount which I should have payed. I guess that's the problem. I wish I could change my plan to pay 1 year in advance instead.
As you have updated the card details so adobe will automatically charge your card .
If in case you have any concern you can contact us using the link-
Let us know if that helps
Unfortunately people report frequently that Adobe does not automatically charge your card automaticall after updating the details.
In the last week I've did that 7 times, Adobe didn't charge me for 61 euros as it should, it just blocked a minimum sum on the card and that was it.
I was kicked out of my subscription and there was nothing I could do about it.

This is starting to get ridiculous. I've talked with Adobe support by phone TWICE and on chat 3 times now. After every disgussion they say that my credit card upddate is fine, all information correct and transaction will take place in few hours.
Still no transaction after 3 days and now my programs are locked! I've contacted htem every single day now about how to make this transaction, and every time they have said that they have fixed this and the transaction will take place. And yet it hasn't.
Now that programs are locked, we have two people that I cannot work anymore...!!!! Next place where I'm going to call is consumer sevice to make them figure this out, I'm done with chatting and calling with Adobe support.
Welcome to Adobe Forum,
Please inbox me privately the order number for CC so that I can follow it up for you all consequently.
The credit card updation issue has few factors which leads to non payment, those issues can be of varied type.
I can certainly follow up the reason of card updation via private messages with each of you separately as they are secured information.
As discussed with michaeljanowski earlier, we are already into investigation & it is being worked upon diligently.
thank you for your answer. Stupid question, but how do I inbox you? I don't know how to do that.
Please message me in private, you get an option of private message, it will not be published here but I can read them from my inbox.
Thank you for your message,
I went through your problem where the bank blocks the payment & that is the reason the payment has not gone through for CC.
As you were correct, you can buy CC for one year by paying once.
The existing CC can be canceled without any cancellation fee. You can mail me the existing as well as the new order number, I can get the old one canceled for you.
Hope it resolves the issue.
