I would like to know how to round and smooth edges in Photoshop.
Example like the following image on the homapage of this website - http://www.antennadirect.com.au
I used a program a long time ago to do this but would prefer to do it in Photoshop while editting pictures.
Is there a specific tool in Photoshop that can do this, if not how can I go about it.
I'd also like to be able to have the edges smoothed without any jagged pixellation.
For Photoshop CS6 and CC: Use the Rounded Rectangle Tool. Selet the tool and draw an approximate shape where you want it to be over your photo. In the Properties Panel, change colors to none, and adjust the size, position, and corner radius to your liking. Turn the shape into a selection, and on the photo, make a mask.
If you have an earlier version of Photoshop, you may need to create your rounded rectangle in Illustrator, and paste the path in Photoshop, then make the mask.
For CS6 and CC, here is a document that might help: http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/modify-shapes.html
