I need to know how to permanently disable the dynamic link manager. I never use this feature but it is always on. Photoshop is only one tool that I use in my daily workflow and not by any means the main program in use. I need to minimize the drain on my computer's resources in order to work more efficiently. Can anyone help.
Yes, I know that I can disable it temporarily via the windows task manager but that is not the ideal scenario as I open and close programs often in order to keep as much memory free as possible and having to close it manually each time is tedious and time consuming so a more permanent solution would be better.
Thanks in advance.
You're using... An IBM 360? Data General Nova?
In all seriousness, if you're on a PC I've listed the things I disable to lean down the total installation Adobe makes.
I've posted about this several times, these are a couple I can find right now:
This helps a lot. Sorry for being so vague, I've just pulled the third all-nighter in a week so my brain is more than a little fried at the moment.
