Flash Player Installation

I have an older tower PC with Win. XP as the OS, and slow dial-up ISP. I have tried four times to download Adobe Flash Player and get terminated half way thru the download. Does Adobe have a CD version with Flash Player on it that I can purchase and have it mailed to my home address?

or

My local Library has high speed internet, can Flash Player be downloaded to a thumb drive and then installed on my PC?

You can download the full installers on a good connection, then use these on your XP system:

Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)

Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)
