I purchased a single product subscription after downloading and installing AE. My trial expired, and I went to register it. However, I never received a serial number. The "find your serial number" page says to go to My Products and Services and click on it there. However, it is not listed there. It says I have no products. When I go to add a product it asks for my serial number. I'm going in circles. Please help.

But, I don't think Cloud uses serial numbers, only your paid Cloud subscription
