    Creative Cloud saying I have no internet connection

      I have an ongoing CC membership which has worked across multiple devices previously. I have just purchased a brand new MBP retina 15" fully speced, downloaded CC and installed the CC app so I can begin installing the applications on my new comp.

       

      I can log in to CC, however when I begin downloading any app, it will intermittently download and then say "No internet connection" and give me the option to "Retry" or "Continue offline". In the meantime, my network settings prove no problems.

       

      I have searched the forums and found a few responses but none of these solve the issues mentioned above. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the CC app twice and cleared the app cache etc etc


      ANY help will be greatly appreciated as Adobe has absolutely USELESS support available
