Ok, I am trying to use the mouse wheel to create a scroller.
I don't use components so I write my own code. When I try to use
the MouseEvent.MOUSE_WHEEL, it only broadcast the event if the
mouse button is down, then using the wheel will work. I am
attaching the event to a sprite so I don't understand why the wheel
only works of the primary mouse button is down and the mouse is
over the sprite. Shouldn't it work if the mouse is over the sprite
and the primary button not pressed?
