Sometimes, an update or damaged license file can make this issue happens.
If it still doesn't work, you will need to contact Adobe Support.
This sounds to be a different issue, Missteach. There is no mention of having to do continuous logins to keep the license active. I would suspect that that is a permissions issues, but what exactly it is causing it, I do not know.
I would advise to contact Adobe support. Also check the logs. There are always logs, somewhere.
